A new riverside boardwalk is under construction at a cost of €600,000 as part of the redevelopment of the Grand Parade in the City Centre. The boardwalk will enhance appreciation of the stretch of river between ACC Bank and Nano Nagle Bridge. Three riverside kiosks are also planned, along similar lines to the successful riverside coffee kiosks and boardwalk along Lapp’s Quay.
