Barry Hurley, famous International sailor and Honorary member of Cove Sailing Club will present a very entertaining and informative seminar about his experiences of the single handed transatlantic yacht race that he successfully competed in last year. Using video, photos, and charts he will tell his own story of this historic race which is described as being "inspired by legends and sailed by heroes".

The event, hosted by Cove Sailing Club, will be held at the Sirius Arts Centre, Cobh on 16 March 2010. Doors open from 7PM with the presentation starting at 7.30PM sharp and expected to end approx. 9PM.

This is a free event, open to anyone who would like to attend but there is a maximum of 80 seats available so if you would like to come you must email covesailingclub.ie to reserve your seats or alternatively speak to a Committee member of Cove Sailing Club.
