The Harbour Management Focus Group was established to help implement the Integrated Management Strategy for Cork Harbour. The HMFG is made of up representatives from key statutory bodies involved in the day-to-day management of the Harbour. 

The priorities for the HMFG in 2011 are:

• Built Heritage
• Recreation
• Future Scenarios
